About the role
We are looking for an experienced Contracts and Trade Compliance Specialist who can join our team in Duluth, Georgia.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, Paralegal/Legal Studies, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in contracts administration, procurement, and/or export/trade compliance
- Demonstrated experience preparing and submitting export license applications.
- Working knowledge of the ITAR, the EAR, and CUI handling and marking requirements.
- Familiarity with commercial and government contract terms and conditions, and with NDA, PIA, Teaming, Pricing, and Reseller agreements.
- Strong negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to handle confidential and export-controlled information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills, including maintenance of logs and secure document repositories.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document/records management systems.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Program Management, Finance, and Legal.
