About the role
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in our Clarks Summit, PA office. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting mission-driven professionals with meaningful careers. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other critical positions that support Beacon's residential group homes. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our homes are staffed with compassionate, dependable professionals who provide exceptional care to the individuals we serve. As a Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in building the teams that provide life-changing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, severe mental illness, and complex behavioral needs.
What you'll bring
- Three to five years of recruiting experience, and one to three years of experience in the HR/Management field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language.
- Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs.
- Ability to use office equipment, including BSLS information technology systems.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work with little daily supervision.
- A background in mental health or healthcare is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- in human resources, organizational development, marketing, business, or a similar field is preferred
