The Technology Business Analyst acts as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the organization's technology solutions align with business needs. - Proficient in process mapping and business process management tools (e.g., Visio).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter with an innovative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project development methodologies.
