The Technology Business Analyst acts as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the organization's technology solutions align with business needs. This role requires a propensity for analyzing complex problems, defining system requirements, documenting processes, troubleshooting issues, and recommending options to improve efficiency and drive value. What you'll bring

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications
• Document technical requirements and create technical specifications for development teams
• 3+   years’ experience   in business analysis,   design   and controls development.
• Proven   expertise   in   monitoring   the effectiveness of business processes and controls.
• Strong analytical and   problem-solving   skills with   keen   attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, understandable, and operationally   viable   controls.
• Proficient in process mapping and business process management tools (e.g., Visio).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Self-starter with an innovative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project development methodologies.
