  • Pratt & Whitney is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the Product Engineering team in the Rapid Prototype Casting Lab (RPCL) to develop and manufacture advanced castings for turbine engines.
  • These advanced castings are enabling materials that increase the temperature capability of jet engine components.
  • Through successful casting development, P&W will deliver engines that are more fuel efficient, lighter weight, and more durable for commercial and military applications.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, manufacturing, or technically-related field and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Experience as a Product Engineer for aerospace castings
  • Prior experience as supervisor in Engineering or Operations Engineering
  • Leadership, critical thinking, business discernment, innovation, collaboration, written & verbal communication, presentation, analytical thinking, problem solving, customer focus, attention to detail
