- Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer or related role in the Avionics Industry or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
- Must possess at least 3 years of experience with RTCA DO-178B/C certification, DO-330, 331, 332, ARP-4754, FAA SOI and/or TSO certification for safety critical airworthy embedded systems and possess at least 3 years of experience with defining, validating system/software requirements, application architecture prototyping, low-level design, and development.
- Must possess at least 3 years of experience with ARINC communications including ARINC 429, 661, 664 and 615A
- with at least 3 years of experience with Embedded C programming, debugging, troubleshooting, hardware-software system integration and Ethernet and ARINC communications.
- Experience in Control Systems development and support
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high pressure engineering environment
- Prior safety critical software development experience
