About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Spill Response to support our emergency response operations. This position is primarily office-based (approximately 70–80%) and involves coordinating emergency response projects, managing field operations, and supporting clients throughout incident response and remediation activities. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be available to respond to emergency incidents outside of regular business hours when required.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Land Reclamation, Biological Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental site remediation and reclamation
• Experience working in safety-sensitive environments
• Strong project management and leadership experience
• Knowledge of emergency response practices, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing budgets and forecasting project needs
• Professional designation (or in progress) such as AIA, APEGA, or ASPB is an asset
