About the role
We're looking for a Manager, Outbound Sales to help us deliver on our Sales team's goals. Our Outbound Sales team is growing fast and we’re looking for the right person to join our team at this pivotal time. As Manager, Outbound Sales you'll lead and coach a team of up to 10 outbound account executives, reporting to the Senior Manager, Outbound Sales. You'll draw on your outbound sales experience to drive performance - building and testing outreach strategies that grow pipeline, delivering world-class conversion rates throughout the sales process, and exceeding new customer and revenue targets. Your coaching-first mentality and high standard of excellence and accountability will drive the performance, growth, and development of a rapidly growing team of sales professionals. You have a track record of personal and professional excellence, a commitment to lifelong learning, and you lead by example.
