About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead Technical Sales based out of our Edmonton, Alberta office. This role goes beyond traditional account management. You will work directly with industrial customers to understand their manufacturing processes, assess compressed air systems, and design technically sound solutions that support reliability, efficiency, and production goals. This position is well suited for a hunter minded technical seller who enjoys prospecting, spending time inside industrial plants, and working closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams. You will be responsible for developing new business while also growing and supporting existing accounts through consultative, solution focused selling. You can expect to spend four to five days per week traveling to customer sites throughout the region, with occasional travel to more remote areas.

What you'll bring

• Strong technical/mechanical aptitude.
• Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and plant environments.
• Demonstrated hunter mindset with the ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand compressed air systems and mechanical applications.
• Comfortable engaging technical and nontechnical stakeholders and translating requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self motivated and organized with the ability to manage a large territory independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Valid Canadian passport for occasional US based training travel.

• Experience with compressed air systems is a strong asset.
