About the role
The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) Long Range Radars department is seeking a Foreign Military Sales THAAD Training Instructor to work onsite in Fort Bliss/El Paso, TX. LCE is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time, Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our LCE disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability, System Safety, and Supportability. As the Foreign Military Sales THAAD Training Instructor, you’ll be responsible for the training and guidance of the THAAD Radar system in support of the THAAD Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) program. This role will require you to conduct training through formal classroom instruction and augmented training regarding THAAD technical concepts, Prime Power Unit (PPU) Operator and Maintainer fundamentals, and THAAD Radar Operator and Maintainer foundation and principles. The role also includes instruction of requisite KSA crew-level knowledge and skills leading to crew field certification.

- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.
- Experience in training instruction in a military and/or civilian environment.
