About the role
The Community Operations Intern will support day-to-day community operations across WeChat, Discord, and Xiaohongshu, keeping the community active and engaged. This role plays a key part in planning and executing community events, creating engaging content, and turning user feedback into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organized, and execution-driven.
What you'll bring
- Empathetic, highly organized, and execution-driven.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Strong writing skills and fluency with major social platforms.
- Solid understanding of the North American humanoid robotics industry (e.g., Tesla Optimus, Figure, 1X) and the Web3 space — community culture, DAO governance, and common playbooks such as airdrops, whitelists, and NFT communities.
- Prior experience running social accounts or communities is a plus
