About the role

We are seeking a key addition to our eCommerce Product Management team to drive conversion optimization across the most critical stages of the customer journey within our global direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce ecosystem. This role focuses on reducing friction at key decision and purchase moments, from Product Detail Pages through Checkout, ensuring customers can confidently evaluate products and complete transactions quickly, reliably, and seamlessly. Operating at a global, cross-brand scale, you will support multiple eCommerce web experiences, balancing consistency, scalability, and brand-specific needs. You will identify high-value opportunities within your focus area and partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions that maximize customer and business outcomes. In a complex, fast-moving environment, you will apply structured problem-solving, creative thinking, and strong judgment to prioritize effectively, navigate trade-offs, and ensure investment in the most impactful work. While initially focused on lower-funnel optimization, this role will flex to support broader eCommerce initiatives as business needs evolve.

What you'll bring

  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
  • 4+ years of product management experience in eCommerce or DTC
  • Proven track record improving conversion in PDP and/or checkout experiences
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analysis and experimentation
  • Experience operating in ambiguous environments and driving clarity and outcomes
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and make thoughtful trade-offs
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp into new domains and apply structured, data-driven problem solving
  • Experience working across multiple areas of the eCommerce funnel (e.g., merchandising, checkout, post-purchase)
  • Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering teams
  • Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
  • Familiarity with experimentation and analytics tools (e.g., Optimizely, GA4, Quantum Metric)
