About the role
Loenbro is seeking to hire an experienced Project Mechanical Superintendent. This position will be responsible for planning, scheduling, employee oversite, and management of industrial mechanical construction projects up to $10M in value. Assists Project Manager in coordinating activities of employees engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures, and specifications. This position is responsible for assisting craft supervision to coordinating activities of workers engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures, and specifications. This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
What you'll bring
- Standing
- Must be able to pass pre-employment and on-going drug/alcohol testing.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction of industrial & Commercial projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing mechanical craft trades.
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
- Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability are required.
- Walking on uneven terrain, with an average of two miles per day
- Sit, stoop, crawl, and kneel.
- Use of respirator if position requires.
- Driving if required to travel.
- Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.
