About the role
As an Inspector for Integral Fuel Cells, you will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and safety of our aircraft operations. This position requires working in confined spaces within the wing fuel cells, where employees must crawl through an opening of 9.5” x 17.7" to access the fuel cell. You will play a critical role in upholding our commitment to safety and quality standards, ensuring that all operations meet regulatory compliance and operational excellence. What you'll bring
- Certification for visual acuity and color perception may also be required.
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector or in a related inspection role within a similar industry, such as, but not limited to, Aerospace and Manufacturing.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (work within or pass through).
- Entry diameter 9.5”X17.7”.
- Ability to complete Fall Protection Training.
- Ability to walk constantly throughout the workday
- stand 6-8 hours per day
- climb or work from stairs/steps up to 8 hours per day
- bend and twist frequently up to six hours per day
- squat and kneel.
- Ability to use a respirator or have been respirator certified.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
