NETZSCH Pumps USA is looking for a motivated, experienced CNC Machinist for their Exton, PA facility on the 1st shift. This position is responsible for the operating and programming of Mazak CNC mill/turns using Mazatrol, CNC Saw, and manual equipment. What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of setting up and operating CNC lathes with live tooling is required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints with accuracy.
- Expertise in using precision measuring instruments and quality control techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Experience with 4 & 5 axis mill/turn machines and familiarity with Mazak machines and Mazatrol programs is preferred.
- Skilled with metric dimensions and tolerances is a plus.
- technical school certification in CNC machining preferred
