About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Finance Specialist / Finance Analyst (Spanish Required) to support finance operations across the U.S., Mexico, and Korea.

What you'll bring

• We are open to a wide range of experience levels: entry-level to Finance Manager.
• This role is responsible for accounting, treasury, finance, tax, and FP&A while serving as a key liaison between global finance teams.
• Candidates with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field and strong Spanish communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• This position may be based in either the U.S. or Mexico, depending on business needs and candidate qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year university)
• Ability to communicate in English or Korean at a business level
• Candidates with limited finance experience may still be considered
• training and growth opportunities can be provided
• Strong Spanish skills and effective communication abilities are highly valued in addition to accounting knowledge
• Experience in manufacturing Finance / Accounting
• Experience working in multinational companies or overseas subsidiaries
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
