About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Coordinator to assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the company's technical systems, supporting the smooth functioning of IT-related hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations across ERP systems, Google Workspace platforms, internal servers, automated reporting tools, and other company-critical technologies, while actively leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve operational efficiency.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-1+ year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and basic networking concepts
• (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS.
• Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script or a similar scripting language (JavaScript,Python).
• Familiarity with using AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT for daily work (drafting documentation, debugging, scripting help).
• Familiarity with AI coding-assistant CLI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini CLI.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering and structured prompt design.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean languages.
• Exposure to GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and basic database concepts (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
