About the role
Digital Technology (DT) Infrastructure currently has an exciting opportunity for a Program Engagement Lead (PEL) in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The DT PEL owns the planning, estimation and execution of scope required to support secured Program Work Environments (PWE) within the Collins Strategic Business Units. The successful candidate will be the primary DT touchpoint for assigned programs and be a change agent for digital transformation and new capability adoption. This role will work in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross functional matrix environment to effectively support PWEs from proposal and start-up through sustainment, ensuring projects are completed on schedule within the established budget. This is a hybrid role. This individual must be able to work onsite in the Collins Aerospace, Fort Wayne, Indiana location with the ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
