As a vertically integrated firm, we lead with operations by taking a hands-on approach to real estate investment and property management, accomplishing our mission by incorporating data and technology with hyperlocal customer service to all units. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and physical performance of a portfolio of multi-family residential communities. The Regional Property Manager will provide leadership, guidance, and support to on-site management teams while ensuring each property achieves occupancy, revenue, resident satisfaction, and asset preservation goals.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–7+ years of progressive multi-family property management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing multiple properties or a regional portfolio.
  • Proven success managing budgets, financial reporting, and NOI performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, OneSite, or similar).
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
  • Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple properties and completing deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
