About the role
· 12-18 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance for US markets · Experience in two or more of the business areas covering policy management, Claims, and sales and distribution · Experience with personal and commercial lines of business. Subject matter expertise (SME) in policy or claims areas is must. · Ability to analyze business processes, process gaps with documentations and identification of improvements areas. Ability to lead/execute consulting engagement · Experience in requirement management, workshop handling and customer relationship management with business heads/CXOs
