About the role
We are seeking a Next Gen Director to lead and develop our student and young adult ministries, aligning teams and equipping leaders to disciple the next generation. The Next Gen Director will define and drive the vision for middle school through young adult ministries, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and a clear discipleship pathway across every stage. They will build and equip leaders to help the next generation follow Jesus, be transformed by Him, and live on mission.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated mature Christian character and personal commitment to Jesus Christ.
- Proven experience leading or serving in student, young adult, or Next Gen ministry contexts.
- Strong relational skills with the ability to connect with students, young adults, leaders, and families.
- Experience developing, equipping, and pastoring volunteers and emerging leaders.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and break down silos to create alignment across age groups.
