Learn and understand the nuances of each hiring department and job opening by job shadowing and working directly with the hiring manager Create and post openings on to the company website, social media and other job platforms to generate interest from candidates

What you'll bring

• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience is required in a corporate or agency setting
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• High learning agility as positions range from entry level to specialized/credentialed positions
• Strong computer skills are required with Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems and web based tools
• Ability to multi-task and remain agile in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• Ability to work with a team with a high level of professionalism is required
• Project management experience is preferred in order to work with multiple openings requiring vast skill sets
