- Associate's degree (A.
- A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- minimum five years related experience and/or training in mortgage banking with warehouse lending, closing/funding and mortgage shipping; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
- Responsible for compliance under the requirements of the BSA, AML, OFAC and CIP related policies as well as adherence to the bank's procedures to fulfill the requirements of the regulations.
- Must report any unusual or suspicious activity involving customers or fellow employees to the BSA Department.
