About the role
As part of AstraZeneca’s connected Enterprise AI ecosystem, you will help evolve and scale our global patient engagement strategy, including complex patient solutions and Connect360, by integrating real-world data, patient-reported outcomes, behavioral signals, digital patient monitoring insights, and longitudinal engagement patterns to design timely, personalized and clinically relevant interventions at scale. This role will play a critical part in defining where we focus, how we design and prioritize patient solutions interventions, how we measure success through clear KPIs, and how we demonstrate value for patients, markets and the enterprise.
What you'll bring
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Behavioral Science, or a related H ealth S cientific field.
- 5+ years’ experience working with Biopharmaceutical and/or Oncology indications.
- Strong background in patient experience, patient engagement, patient digital health solutions, patient support program or intervention design.
- Experience designing patient interventions that measurably improve experience, engagement, confidence, adherence, persistence or care quality.
- Experience applying behavioral science, intervention design or health- behavior modelling to improve patient engagement and outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with digital health, omnichannel engagement, patient-facing technologies or AI-enabled patient solutions.
- Experience with patient monitoring, risk-signal identification, adherence/persistence program s, patient-reported outcomes or real-world evidence.
- Strategic thinker with experience in value creation, prioritization, evidence generation or global program work.
