About the role

As a Requirements & Validation Engineer , you will play a key role in ensuring that complex, mission-critical communication, surveillance and navigation systems meet operational, technical, regulatory and quality expectations. You will be responsible for managing requirements throughout the system lifecycle while defining and executing verification and validation activities that demonstrate compliance and fitness for purpose.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in requirements engineering, verification & validation, systems integration or testing within a regulated or safety-critical environment
• Practical experience with requirements and test management tools (e.g. Polarion or equivalent platforms)
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to critical infrastructure systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and documentation quality
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Professional working proficiency in English
• additional knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage
• Familiarity with communication, navigation or surveillance technologies is highly desirable
