About the role

The Per Diem RN Supervisor provides direct client care services and supervision utilizing the nursing process and clinical knowledge to ensure high-quality client care and provides leadership and oversight to all clinical roles within the location. Responsible for ensuring that our services are in-line with any requirements from within your State. For this role, you are required to maintain an active RN License within your designated State.

What you'll bring

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
• continued employment is contingent upon maintaining an active license in good standing
• Three to five years experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related industry
• Current CPR Certification
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurately notes in system
• Ability to provide care in a variety of settings.
