About the role

This position will be working in a team environment. It is an inbound call center, supporting a non-clinical department. 6 week training is provided including on-the-job mentorship. You will be responsible for providing support to a clinical team in order to facilitate the administrative components of clinical referrals for various AIM services. You will act as a liaison between hospitals, physicians, health plans, vendors and patients.

What you'll bring

• 1 year call center experience required
• Medical terminology experience and basic understanding of the human body.
• Excellent customer-service and telephone skills required.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently, able to apply feedback from management.
• Must be able to talk and type at same time with speed and accuracy in data entry.
• You would need to be flexible with the training schedule which could start as early as 7:00 AM or as late as 9:30 AM arrival.
• medical background preferred or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
