About the role
This role leads and develops Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses, partners closely with physicians and operational leaders, and helps ensure patients receive safe, timely, and coordinated care in the outpatient setting. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced oncology nurse who is ready to grow as a leader while staying connected to meaningful patient care. The Nursing Supervisor will help build strong clinical teams, support consistent workflows, promote teammate engagement, and contribute to a positive environment where nurses feel supported and patients receive exceptional care.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Current BLS and Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy (ONS) certification.
- Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience in oncology or a related field.
