As an Associate Director, you will play a key leadership role within the team, combining client ownership, strategic advisory, and people leadership to drive both client and business outcomes.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience at Senior Manager or Associate Director level within a public practice accounting environment
• Strong background in private business tax, accounting, and advisory services
• Demonstrated experience managing complex client engagements and stakeholder relationships
• Track record of leading, coaching and developing teams
• Experience across a mix of compliance and advisory work, including structuring and mid-market client issues
• Strong commercial acumen with an ability to contribute to business development and growth initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws and compliance requirements.
• Completed CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• You’ll build relationships with unique and diverse colleagues who will provide you with the support you need to be your best and produce meaningful and impactful work in an inclusive, equitable culture.
• preferably within a mid-tier or large accounting firm.
