About the role
We partner with doctors to support their careers, wellbeing, and lifestyle goals - and we’re looking for motivated recruitment professionals with a strong sales mindset to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant (or Solutions Specialist as we call it) . You’ll act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with both doctors and healthcare clients. With the support of a dedicated admin and operations team, you’ll focus on what you do best: relationship building, providing solutions, and delivering results This is a phone-based role, based in our fantastic Robina office , with flexible hybrid work arrangements available post initial 6 months training.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in high volume, agency recruitment
- Strong business development skills, calling clients to ascertain their locum and permanent recruitment needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills with a consultative approach
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding placement, activity, and revenue KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A passion for making a difference in people’s lives
- Solid experience in recruitment (bonus if in locum, healthcare, or medical staffing sectors)
