About the role

RVS is seeking a Process Engineer with a background in supporting Vacuum Dewar Fabrication. This position will focus on processes required in the manufacture of Infrared Vacuum Dewars specifically as it relates to Adhesive & Epoxy Sciences in addition to Wafer Fabrication techniques. The selected candidate will work with a team of Technicians and Support Engineers in an ISO Class 5 Clean Room setting.

• RVS is seeking a Process Engineer with a background in supporting Vacuum Dewar Fabrication.
• This position will focus on processes required in the manufacture of Infrared Vacuum Dewars specifically as it relates to Adhesive & Epoxy Sciences in addition to Wafer Fabrication techniques.
• The selected candidate will work with a team of Technicians and Support Engineers in an ISO Class 5 Clean Room setting.
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in Process, Chemical and/or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with Precision Alignment, Wire bond, Vacuum Life, Leak Check, Plating, Photolithography, and Metrology.
• Experience with Vacuum System technologies, Infrared Detector Technology and advanced packaging.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings or schematics
