About the role

LMCU is looking for a Project Manager who will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives across the credit union. The role will involve supporting cross-functional projects that align with key organizational priorities such as digital transformation, core system modernization, and regulatory compliance. The position will be responsible for leading medium to large-scale projects, all of which are designed to enhance operational efficiency, adaptability, and innovation.

What you'll bring

• Three or more years of project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, finance, technology, or related field of study.
• Understanding of enterprise agility principles and frameworks, with experience supporting enterprise-level projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Jira, ServiceNow SPM, Miro, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with budgeting, procurement, and contract management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build trust, influence others, and navigate sensitive or confidential matters with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master) are preferred.
• preferably in financial services or credit union environments.
