About the role

OakMed Home Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes throughout the Grand Rapids area. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide compassionate, personalized care that helps patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Working closely with our nursing team, you will follow individualized care plans while building meaningful relationships with the patients and families you serve.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, Personal Care Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
