About the role

The General Laborer supports a wide range of functions throughout the facility. This role includes shipping and receiving, cleaning and organizing work areas, driving company vehicles, painting, assisting with maintenance, and performing various other hands-on tasks as needed. Candidates who demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and mechanical aptitude often advance quickly and may be considered for our apprenticeship program and other growth opportunities within the company.

What you'll bring

• Ability to perform a variety of general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn hands-on skills
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (if required for driving duties)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
• Willingness to assist maintenance and production personnel as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
