Lieberman Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Director to join our growing Quantitative Research Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced market research professional who enjoys managing complex studies, delivering actionable insights, and partnering with clients to solve critical business challenges. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our custom research experts to lead multiple quantitative research projects from start through finish. As a Senior Project Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of quantitative market research studies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
- 4–7 years of market research experience
- Experience conducting research within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for market research and uncovering meaningful insights
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of SPSS
- must be available to work within the Eastern Time Zone
- preferably within a custom research environment
