About the role

Avery Dennison is seeking a hands-on electrical maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems, motors, drives, and PLC-controlled equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on electrical troubleshooting and repair. Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys diving into the "why" behind a machine failure? As a Maintenance Technician, you are the heartbeat of our facility. We are looking for a technician who doesn’t just replace parts but uses deep diagnostic skills to ensure long-term reliability.

What you'll bring

• not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
• 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical troubleshooting
• Experience troubleshooting 480V electrical systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
• Experience with motors, drives, sensors, and control panels
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Manufacturing environment preferred
• Technical training in electrical or industrial maintenance preferred
• ladder logic knowledge is a plus).
