About the role
We’re looking for a creative, curious, and ambitious designer who’s excited to make their mark in performance-driven advertising. You’ll bring ideas to life across channels like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, crafting visuals that stop the scroll and drive results. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, experiment, and showcase their skills in a fast-paced environment where design directly impacts business outcomes. We’re looking for designers who embrace the impact of their work. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for designing, and implementing creative assets to use in A/B tests and other optimization strategies to achieve our clients’ business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in an agency environment with exposure to exciting enterprise brands.
What you'll bring
- 1-3 years experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance drive creative and CRO
- 1 year experience with motion graphics
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping, and experience designing for performance-driven campaign
- Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.
- As a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California.
