About the role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Route Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will sell and deliver products to businesses throughout South Central Pennsylvania while building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities to grow our customer base. What you'll bring
- Minimum age requirement: 22 years for vehicle insurance purposes
- Valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean record
- Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients
- Ability to meet our appearance and dress code policy
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- college degree preferred
