This is an opportunity for an experienced automotive F&I leader who knows how to develop talent, drive revenue, and build high-performing teams. What you'll bring
- 5+ years of automotive finance and insurance experience
- Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, and eLeads experience
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, automotive software, internet applications, and math
- Proven leadership experience coaching, motivating, and developing teams
- Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and solutions-oriented
