What you'll bring

• HVAC experience required - apprentice level through journeyman considered
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and ServiceTitan experience are pluses
• You take pride in your work, show up ready to get after it, and enjoy solving problems in the field.
• You’re dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable handling a variety of HVAC tasks - from installs to service calls to ductwork.
• You’re the kind of person who wants to keep improving and be part of a team that values doing things the right way.
• Journeyman HVAC License preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• EPA certification preferred
