About the role
Covenant Christian is seeking a strong Christian to be the Boys/Girls Head Track & Field Coach . All Covenant coaches should exemplify personal and professional characteristics that we strive to teach our student athletes, pushing them both academically and to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. The position will include but not be limited to spiritual mentorship, growth and development of the program, administration of the program, oversight of coaching staff, and practice and game instruction. What you'll bring
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the assigned sport.
- Ability to work with student athletes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- One to two or more years of experience as a high school level coach preferred.
