About the role

Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals is hiring a 3rd shift production supervisor. The supervisor will be responsible for communicating job expectations, appraising job results, coaching and counseling employees as needed. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in milling and precision machining, understanding the processes.

What you'll bring

• will consider HS Diploma/GED with experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Two years of Supervisory experience preferred or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Powdered Metals manufacturing or Machining background – Strongly preferred
• Associates degree in a technical field of studies or equivalent education-preferred
