About the role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead the construction closeout process for complex data center projects, ensuring all documentation, redlines, as-builts, and turnover deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will oversee closeout activities from field verification through final turnover, managing redline processes, conducting as-built audits, performing QA/QC reviews of project deliverables, and coordinating with contractors, trade partners, and project stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving accountability, identifying and resolving issues that could impact project schedules, and ensuring all closeout requirements are met.
