About the role
Look no further — ms is looking for an Electrical Engineer to support exciting water and wastewater projects across the region. As part of our Water team and working under our Process and Controls Technical Service Manager, you’ll be a key player in planning and designing electrical systems for critical infrastructure projects. You’ll work alongside engineers, drafters, and technical managers to bring innovative water and wastewater solutions to life. This is a hybrid role with flexibility and support for work-life balance.
What you'll bring
- Working knowledge of, power distribution (low and medium voltage), standby power systems, instrumentation, controls, lighting, and fire alarm systems
- Familiarity with ICC, NEC, NFPA building codes, LEED building standards.
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit design software
- Proficient with MS office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in Water and Wastewater treatment preferred, but not required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of hire
- ABET-accredited preferred
