About the role

We are looking for an AI Process Consultant (APC) for one of our operating companies. The APC will embed directly inside client businesses, uncovering the operational friction that holds them back, designing the workflows that will replace it, and partnering with AI Engineers to ship solutions that change how these organizations  actually run . This is a hands-on, client-facing strategy role built for someone who is as comfortable diagramming a workflow with C-Suite leaders as they are co-piloting a build session with engineers.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in management consulting, deployment strategy, technical program management, operations, or a similar client-facing strategic role
• Demonstrated  track record  of driving complex projects to measurable outcomes in client or stakeholder-facing environments
• Strong analytical foundation — comfortable with spreadsheets, ROI modeling, basic SQL, and quantitative reasoning.
• Working knowledge of modern AI capabilities and what LLMs, agents, and RAG systems can and  can't  do and the judgment to scope realistic AI solutions vs. avoid AI theater
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving client environments.
• You attack messy problems without waiting for a project plan
• Exceptional communication skills.
• You can run a discovery interview with a warehouse  foreman  and an executive readout with a CEO on the same day
• Problem-solver who gets energy from sitting across the desk from a real operator and figuring out where the friction  actually is
• Python literacy is a plus but not  required
• Prior consulting experience at a top firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, Deloitte, Accenture, or boutique strategy/operations firm) or a deployment-strategy / forward-deployed role at a software company
