About the role
Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development, or related discipline and 5 years of HR experience Experience in Human Resources enterprise applications implementation (including packaged and custom development); strong business systems analysis and process design skills Demonstrated project management skills with proven leadership experience in all phases of the implementation lifecycle in HR systems projects Ability to support multiple concurrent projects, meet deadlines; and be solutions-oriented; ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion
