About the role
The Senior Manager – High & Heavy (HoT) is responsible for leading the strategic growth, operational excellence, and profitability of the High & Heavy logistics business. This role drives business expansion by identifying new market opportunities, strengthening key customer relationships, developing and cultivating high-performing suppliers and strategic partners, leading organizational performance, managing P&L, and executing global business strategies aligned with corporate objectives. In addition, this position is responsible for building and managing a strong network of transportation carriers, heavy haul providers, specialized equipment vendors, warehouse operators, port operators, and other strategic service partners required for successful project execution. By establishing reliable supplier partnerships, the role ensures operational stability, service excellence, cost competitiveness, and supply chain risk mitigation. The ideal candidate possesses extensive expertise in project logistics, oversized cargo transportation, heavy haul operations, supply chain management, and international freight forwarding, with proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration and sustainable business growth.
What you'll bring

- 10-15 years of direct experience in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics
