About the role
Key Responsibilities: · Planning & Scheduling: Help set up project plans, track deadlines, and make sure everyone knows their tasks. · Organization & Documentation: Keep all project files, notes, and "To-Do" lists (RAID logs) up to date. · Financial Administration: Track project spending, handle invoices, and help with buying equipment or services. · Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule all project meetings, prepare the slides, and take clear notes on what was decided. · Reporting: Collect updates from the team and create simple reports for senior managers to show progress. · Communication & Project Lifecycle Support: Act as the main contact for team members and outside partners to keep everyone on the same page, ensuring all handover documentation and "lessons learned" are captured. · Support PM: Provide support to project manager in successful delivery of the projects through excellent coordination. Requirements Qualification and Experience: • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Professional Certifications: Project management certificates like CAPM or PMP are a plus (but not required). • Software Proficiency: MUST have command in using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner as project management tools. Expert skill in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). • Work History: Proven experience working specifically as a Project Coordinator under a project Head/Project Manager . • Organizational Precision: Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities, track multiple action logs, and maintain high attention to detail under pressure. • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; comfortable translating technical updates into clear reports for stakeholders. • Financial Awareness: Basic understanding of procurement processes, budget tracking, and cost-saving measures. • Adaptability: A proactive "problem-solver" mindset with the emotional intelligence to motivate multidisciplinary teams and to coordinate well with teams. • Planning Expertise: Strong experience in organizing project plans and managing complex schedules. • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent ability to negotiate well with others. Work mode: Work from Office. (Full-time) Shift Time: 10am-7pm.( females) / 1pm-10pm (males/females)
