About the role
We are looking for a Stream Head – AI Products & Automation to lead the discovery, development and scaling of AI powered products and capabilities across customer and internal employee journeys. The role will be responsible for identifying high impact opportunities, defining AI product strategy and delivering intelligent solutions that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, strengthen risk controls and unlock new business value. Working closely with Product, Technology, Data Science, Design, Operations, Compliance and Risk teams, the successful candidate will own AI initiatives from concept through to launch and continuous optimisation.
What you'll bring

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
- Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning or Generative AI products.
- Should be able to showcase AI products delivered along with the measurable impact.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI and AI orchestration platforms.
- Demonstrated experience delivering customer-facing digital products.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
