At Coface, we're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Commercial Team in Istanbul. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy building long-term client relationships, and are interested in helping companies manage their business risks through our solutions, we'd love to hear from you. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in B2B sales and a background in financial services, trade credit insurance, factoring, banking, or related sectors.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in B2B environments.
• Demonstrated experience in generating new business opportunities and acquiring clients through proactive prospecting activities.
• Strong track record of managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset and hunter approach.
• Ability to build long-term relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
• Good command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Trade Credit Insurance, Factoring, Banking, Financial Services, Leasing, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Existing network within the corporate sector is considered an asset.
