About the role
Sr. Manager IHS (Integrated Health Solutions) Turkey, Central Asia, Kazakhstan and Pakistan Our Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team supports our customers beyond products and devices to create more value for patients. IHS builds on Medtronic ‘s combination on process optimization expertise, therapy knowledge and capital resources. The team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain. IHS partners with hospitals and clinics in long term partnerships, offering solutions that help care providers optimize costs and outcomes while driving higher value and patient satisfaction. As a Integrated Health Solutions Lead Turkey, Central Asia, Kazakhstan and Pakistan, you will be responsible for leading the business development activities of the IHS team in these countries, by building relationships, understanding the evolving healthcare landscape, and aligning Medtronic’s comprehensive portfolio and services to meet the needs of existing and future strategic accounts. You will develop and execute business plans to maximise the potential of IHS in the healthcare market. This is a hybrid role with willingness to travel (above 50%), typically in the Turkey, Central Asia, Kazakhstan and Pakistan area. This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.
What you'll bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of sales experience in the life sciences/medical device industry, with a strong consultative sales background and 3–5 years in a top consulting firm within the healthcare environment and a track record of establishing relationships in large-scale, long-term projects
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders across diverse organizations, including investors, government agencies, and healthcare provider
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills, with experience in pipeline management, project prioritization, and market intelligence, with strong knowledge of healthcare market dynamics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- capable of collaborating effectively with cross-regional teams and leading through influence to enhance account management capabilities
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and account management, with a history of achieving growth targets and building long-term partnerships
